If you've purchased premium access and need to restore it after reinstalling or switching to a new device, tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Restore Purchases.
You must be signed into the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) that was used for the original purchase. Restoring is free and instant — your purchase is tied to your account, not your device.

Yes. Your premium purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account. You can restore your purchase on any device signed into the same account at no additional charge using the Restore Purchases option in the Profile tab.
The diagnostic is a 22-question assessment — exactly 2 hard clinical vignette questions per each of the 11 HPM topics. These questions are deliberately challenging board-level questions designed to reveal knowledge gaps quickly.
After you complete the quiz, each topic is rated as either Strong (both questions correct) or Needs Work (0 or 1 correct). This gives you a personalized study roadmap so you spend your time on the areas that need it most.
Yes. You can retake the diagnostic quiz at any time from the Home screen. Retaking it will update your topic status based on your new results.
No. The diagnostic uses a separate set of advanced clinical vignette questions that are not included in the topic practice quizzes or the final exam pool. This keeps the practice quizzes and final exam feeling fresh even after you've completed the diagnostic.
The final exam is a full-length practice exam designed to simulate the real HPM board certification examination. It contains 240 questions drawn from all 11 HPM topic areas in proportions similar to the actual board exam.
Questions include a mix of clinical vignettes requiring multi-step reasoning — the same format you'll see on test day. The exam is timed by default to help you practice pacing.
The final exam is unlocked automatically once you've achieved a passing score of 80% or higher on the practice quizzes for all topics rated "Needs Work" on your diagnostic.
This gating ensures you're genuinely prepared before you take the full simulation — not just going through the motions. If you haven't taken the diagnostic yet, start there first from the Home screen.
You also need an active premium subscription to access the final exam.
Yes. The 240-question final exam is assembled from a larger pool of exam-only clinical vignettes each time you start it. This means the exact question set will vary between attempts, giving the exam meaningful replay value as you study.
No. All study content and question banks are bundled with the app. You can study, take quizzes, and review your progress entirely offline. An internet connection is only needed to make or restore a purchase.
No. We don't collect any personally identifiable information. All your quiz progress, scores, and study history are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers. We have no accounts, no logins, and no tracking.

If you delete the app, all locally stored data — quiz history, progress, streaks — is permanently deleted. Your premium purchase, however, remains tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored by reinstalling the app and tapping Restore Purchases.
